About
Tareq Makhlouf
is a designer trained at Shenkar College of Arts.
His work moves between sculptural garments, experimental silhouettes, ready-to-wear, and wearable art, exploring the tension between strength and fragility, softness and sharpness, control and vulnerability.
Driven by curiosity and emotional tension, he approaches design as a way of translating invisible feelings into visible form. Through the body and clothing, his work examines how identity is constructed, protected, and performed.
His practice is guided by observation, emotion, and the dialogue between garment and body.
Every piece begins as a question.
The work exists to explore the answer.
